is in our name: simplifyISO . We continually upgrade our skills to stay current with today’s technology and trends in management systems. In fact, we’re working on prototype ‘tablet’ software to make audits and corrective/preventive actions easier, quicker and less likely to fall through the cracks. Stay tuned!
We have had a number of successful implementations using simple screens that make procedures, work instructions and forms easier to find, fill and store. And when a system is easy to use, people use it. When it’s complicated, they can’t be bothered. Who can blame them? Your employees have much better things to do than muddle through a complicated management system looking for last week’s corrective action.

When I worked in China, the land of hourly shifting policies/procedures, one company I worked for had three different sets of internal communication software and none of us could use them. Cumbersome, loathesome, awkward and inefficient was the order of the day. We had thousands of employees and most of each day was tied up hammering away on keyboards trying to get important information passed along. Add to that a defective MIS system, well I tell you, it was “caveman goes around in a hi tech environment” that didn’t work on many levels.
