Jim Moran, MA Ed., President, The learning Alliance Inc., has been a business educator since 1977. He has written articles for a number of business publications, radio shows and hosted “How’s Business?” a TV talk show.

Jim has developed, designed and delivered training courses for Fortune 500 companies, the Federal government and Provincial governments. Since 1992, he has implemented more than 20 ISO Management Systems for ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 17025 and Integrated systems that include more than 1 set of requirements. His training courses have included additional Standards – ISO 15189 (Medical Labs) and OHSAS 18001 – Health and Safety. Currently, we are working with BSI exploring the feasibility of courses for ISO15489 – Information and documentation – records management.

His first book was published in 1995 – Some Things Never Change and If Aristotle Used PowerPoint is being prepared for release later this year.

Bonnie Jackson
As the CFO for The Learning Alliance, Bonnie has been a partner since the founding of TLA in 1998. She has helped develop strategies for the business and managed the finances since day 1. She continues to support the business with market studies and trend analysis.

Bonnie has a background as a Computer Programmer Analyst and she has been instrumental in the design and development of our own sites (BetterSlideSets.com, TrainingDesignExperts.com and SimplifyISO.com). She also helps with the design of our famous ‘One Page Quality Manual’. We’re lucky to have this kind of talent right in our organization. And I’m even luckier to be married to her!
