Cumbersome, loathesome, awkward and inefficient was the order of the day. We had thousands of employees and most of each day was tied up hammering away on keyboards trying to get important information passed along. Add to that a defective MIS system, well I tell you, it was "caveman goes around in a hi tech environment" that didn't work on many levels. Think of working in a knotted up cat's cradle. Asia is waiting for you.
